Outfit Inspiration | Episode 1 | What I Wore | Day Trip To Dudhani

Hello All! So this is my first outfit inspiration post, a DEBUT. This weekend, I traveled to Silvassa & Dudhani along with my cousins and some friends. For those who are not aware of these places, stay tuned because a travel post is on its way describing this pretty, small and rejuvenating trip. You can style this cool look for a day-out / picnic/ casual hanging out with friends or even a brunch date.

Outfit Decoded:

I wanted to keep my look quite minimal yet cool and comfortable because the journey was quite long and the summers didn’t help. So, I opted for a navy blue full- Sleeved Shift Dress. The fabric of this dress is quite light, so it helped me out with the heat portion ;). I used a tan braided style belt to give it some extra details. I paired this look with my ever so favorite Marc Loire White sneakers, a Maroon sling bag and the Classic Ray-Ban aviators / Burberry top-bar square shades.

Jewellery Explained:

Using the jewelry, I tried to give a BOHO kind-off a look. I used a silver oxidized choker – a neck cuff I call it, along with some oxidized stud earrings. A large again oxidized silver cuff for the hand and a dainty yet simple ring for my finger.

MakeUp Breakdown:

As you can see in the picture below, for my face I kept it the minimal of all. Just a stroke of Maybelline Colossal  Kajal and an almost purrfect winged liner using Maybelline Lasting Drama Gel Eye Liner. I powdered off the face using Maybelline Super Fresh Compact in Shade “Pearl”. Finishing up my look, I used Maybelline Super Stay 24 Color in shade “070: On And On Orchid” and Maybelline Color Show Lipstick in “204: Red Diva”. I often touched up during the day using Revlon Colorburst Lipgloss in “004: Pink Ice”. I would soon insert swatches of above mentioned products at Instagram. Keep watching the space.
